Operating Model

Guy has 18 years experience in supply chain, initially specialising in demand forecasting and inventory management he then moved into senior end to end supply chain global roles. Guy worked within the retail industry holding supply chain positions in B&Q, TCC Global, working with some of the world’s leading retailers such as Carrefour, Tesco, 7-Eleven, Aldi and Conad.

 

Guy then moved into supply chain and operations consulting, initially with EY and then enjoying a successful independent career working across different industries and markets before co-founding Reuleaux. Guy has helped clients such as BAE Systems, Oxford Biomedica, Guy’s & St Thomas NHS Trust, Hampshire County Council and the MoD to deliver supply chain efficiency programmes.
