Kempton started his Supply Chain career in operational management of warehouse and transport operations for retail, manufacturing and automotive businesses.

He moved into consultancy with Accenture and focused on operational supply chain performance optimisation working across Europe and the US before returning the UK to work in Aerospace and Defence with a major OEM and then EY.

Kempton is passionate about finding simple solutions to the complex challenges supply chains face and enabling solutions with the best information that is available.
